CTSpedia: Knowledge Base for Biostatistics, Ethics, and Research Design

CTSpedia is an information resource for researchers in clinical and translational science.

As we launch, the core of this knowledge base is a collection of entries prepared by the CTSA-funded BREAD program at the University of California, San Francisco. But we invite our colleagues throughout the community of clinical and translational science to help build this resource by contributing their own knowledge and expertise.

This site is set up as a wiki, a collection of Web pages that are easily edited by any registered user. Please feel free to comment on, refine, and add to these pages. For instructions and advice, see Help For Contributors.

There are several ways to look up information in CTSpedia:

  • Enter keywords using the Search box at the top right corner of the page or the more advanced Search link in the left sidebar.
  • If you know the exact title of an article in WikiWord format, such as "SasTools," type it into the Jump box at the top of the page.
  • Browse by category:
For a list of selected noteworthy articles and recent additions, see Featured Articles. Find the most popular topics at WebStatistics.
