Biostatistics Overview

The Biostatics material in CTSpedia is intended for people in a variety of roles. To find what you need, browse through the various resources listed below. You may also search using the box at the top right of the page and the more advanced search link in the left sidebar.

Key Terms: Brief definitions of both general biostatistical terms and others used in standard ouptput. The are useful for consumers of statistical analyses and services.

These will be relevant for those who guide and interpret statistical analyses, as well as those who review manuscripts that report statistical analyses. Many of these are non-technical or have some non-technical parts.

StatisticalTools? : These are tools for efficiently producing common types of analyses in formats that are suitable for publications and have documentation to help clients and collaborators better understand the output. They include Sas programs, data sets, and example runs and output. They will be helpful to those who perform statistical analyses.
