Skins/ Branding CTSpedia

I think it's about time to begin talking about Branding or throwing a skin on the site. TWiki seems to be more prevalent than CTSpedia.

David: I like your first branding attempt--replacing the TWiki logo with something representing CTSI. Maybe we should try out a few others?

I inserted some links to the top of the left nav bar that should add a little more branding as well as utility for users when they're off the home page.

But I agree, we should investigate with TWiki how we lay over a very different, simpler, cleaner (less clunky) look on the site--in the direction of what the Vanderbilt biostats group did with their TWiki.
