Question Classification III-AE Occurrence Over Time:2_Trends of AE occurrence over time
AE Clinical Questions Answered
III-2-Is there a difference in the time to event across treatment groups?
Description This graph evaluates the risk trend of an adverse event of special interest (AESI). The vertical axis shows the risk of AE and the horizontal shows the exposure to treatment. The table at the bottom shows the number of AEs and the number of subjects remaining at risk of developing AE at specified time points for both treatment groups. The different colors on the graph indicate different treatment. The plot generates the cumulative incidence curve and the hazard function curve of AESI by treatment group based on Life-Table method or Kaplan-Meier method estimates
