Question Classification II-Incidence of AE:1_Types of AE (treatment vs comparators or different dosage)
AE Clinical Questions Answered
II-1-Which AEs are elevated in treament vs control? Is the occurrence of AEs elevated in particular patient subgroups?,
II-3-Are there any event groups of special interest (e.g. cardiovascular events or hepatic event)?
Description This graph shows the relationship of the proportion of adverse events in the treatment and placebo groups. The AEs are represented at the preferred term level (PT) and grouped by SOC. Different symbols and colors are used to identify the treatment groups. The graph also contains a reference line to identify the particular AEs indicated on the same line as symbols. This graph can be improved by extending the reference lines to the AE list on the right.
