Case_Presentation You get a review back rejecting your paper and 18 months later, virtually the same paper appears in another journal by a well known author. That author attended your talk at ASA. The thing that makes it tick is a 40 year old paper.

(a) Forget it (as the actual author did, as it got published a year later in a lesser journal)?
(b) If not, how do you proceed?
