Title Most Frequent On-Therapy AE Sorted by Risk Difference
Graph_Subgroup Adverse Events
AE_Clinical_Question 1. Which AEs are elevated in treatment vs. control?, 2. Which AE could be a safety signal?
Description This left panel of this graph shows the relationship of the proportion of adverse events in the treatment and placebo groups. The AEs are represented at the preferred term level (PT), but can be altered at the investigator’s discretion, to be categorized by SOC, HLT, and so on. Different symbols and colors are used to identify the treatment groups. The graph also contains a reference line to identify the particular AEs indicated on the same line as symbols. The right panel of the graph shows the corresponding risk difference and confidence intervals. Left of zero indicate risk of AE occurrence greater in group A, right of zero indicate risk of AE occurrence greater in group B. The RDs are ordered so that AEs of highest risk in A are plotted first.

NOTE: This graph can be modified based on the investigator’s choice of hierarchy level (high level term or system organ class) and risk measure (odds ratio, risk ratio).
