Description The R code fits the Zero-Inflated Poisson (ZIP) like log-linear model to pre-post longitudinal data with missing value at post-assessment, using a set of weighted generalized estimating equations to provide distribution-free inference about model parameters. The output includes estimates and standard errors for both the logistic and Poisson regression parts of the ZIP like model.
